I went to this place on 27th Oct'22 I.e. day before yesterday and bought few sweets and a packet of SUGAR FREE ALMOND BISCUIT. Today , when I opened the packet of the biscuit, I was surprised to find out that the packet was expired almost 25 days back I.e. on 3rd Oct ( photos attached ). Even if you see the condition of the biscuits in the packet you will wonder why all the biscuits were broken/crushed. This shop is really managed pathetically and now I am wondering whether the sweets were also stale or not. May be I should have raised this issue to the concerned management of Karachi Bakery but I don't have time to irritate myself calling them and asking for refund and all - so I threw the sweets and the biscuit packet away.

Bitter experience at a sweet shop. Customer are treated on the basis of their appearance. No curtesy to even offer sample for taste for new product. Cashier and service person are least bothered about their customer’s experience.
